This website, www.wilson-homes.com is owned and operated by Wilson Homes, Inc. located at 7550 North Palm Avenue, Suite 102, Fresno, CA 93711.  This website (our “Site”) is designed to familiarize you with the services of Wilson Homes, Inc. and our affiliated companies, such as Wilson Premier Homes, Inc. (collectively, “us”, “we”, or “Wilson Homes”).  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

Wilson Homes provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of Personal Information, as defined below, received from your use of this Site, as well as all related websites including our subdomains, applications, browser extensions, and other services provided by us (collectively, together with the Site, our “Service”), and in connection with our customer, vendor, and partner relationships. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it.  If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy posted on this Site, which are expressly incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this Policy, your choice is not to use our Site.  By visiting, accessing, or using this Site, or otherwise interacting with us using electronic means, you agree to this Policy and agree that we may use your Personal Information as described herein.  This Policy may change from time to time to best meet the needs of Wilson Homes’ users and to reflect changes in local, state, and federal laws.  Your continued use of this Site after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

1.  Personal Information Collected

Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (the “CCPA”) is defined as information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device.

We have collected the following categories of Personal Information from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:

Wilson Homes will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.


3. How We Obtain Information

We collect several types of information from and about you through the following sources:

A. Information Voluntarily Provided to us

  • When filling out forms on our Site (including without limitation, name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number).

  • Information you submit when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us.

  • Information you submit when you report a problem with our Site.

  • Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses and attachments to those e-mails), if you contact us.

B. Information From Third Parties

From time to time, we collect and use Personal Information we receive about you from third parties who initially collected such data, such as demographic firms, social media sites, advertising networks, service providers, and master developers. We use this Personal Information to make our services and marketing efforts more relevant for you and to contact you about projects about which you have expressed an interest or that we believe you may have an interest in.

C. Personal Information Automatically Obtained by Use of Service

Log Data: When you use our Service, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the web-pages you visit, the search terms you use, and any advertisements on which you click.

Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics: We use web analytics services called “Google Analytics” and “Squarespace Analytics” (collectively, the “Analytics”) to collect information about the use of this Site. These Analytics may collect information such as how often users visit our Site, what pages are visited, and what other sites were visited prior to coming to our Site. We use the information we get from the Analytics to improve the Site and deliver an even better user experience. The Analytics may collect the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this Site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of these Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although these Analytics plant a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this Site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but the Analytics. The use and share information collected by Google Analytics and Squarespace Analytics about your visits to this Site is restricted by the Analytics’ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. When we disclose Personal Information for a business purpose, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that Personal Information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract.

Service Providers: We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including hosting and maintenance, error monitoring, debugging, performance monitoring, billing, customer relationship, database storage and management, and direct marketing campaigns. We may share your Personal Information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these functions and provide such services. We also require these third parties to act reasonably to maintain the privacy and security of the Personal Information they process on our behalf.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement: Wilson Homes cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Pursuant to the CCPA, this Notice pertains only to the Personal Information that we may have collected about a California resident in the course of such person acting as a job applicant to, an employee of, director of, officer of, or contractor of Wilson Homes (to the extent that such person’s Personal Information is or was collected and used by Wilson Homes solely within the context of the person’s role or former role as a job applicant to, an employee of, director of, officer of, or a contractor of Wilson Homes). During the course of your application for employment with Wilson Homes, we may collect certain information about you. 7. How We Protect Your Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us and Wilson Homes uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your Personal Information consistent with industry standards. Please remember, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit to Wilson Homes or the Site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Wilson Homes makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. Of course, no method of Internet transmission or data storage can provide guaranteed protection to your information. 10. Minors

Wilson Homes and its Services are intended for an audience over the age of 18,We don’t knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. Because we don’t knowingly collect this information, Wilson Homes also does not sell personal information of minors under 16 years of age. If we find out that a child under 13 has given us Personal Information, we will take steps to delete that information. If you believe that a child under the age of 16 has given us Personal Information, please contact us through the Contact Us section on the Site.

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a request related to your Personal Information.

You may only make a request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. The request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.

  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

  • We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

Making a request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.
